(Shotokan) Karate Do Association
.
Renbukan refers to group of professionals who are dedicated to
achieving the original goals of the traditional Budo. This is a modern
interpretation of traditional Japanese “shu, ha RI” (protect, breakthrough,
departure). It is the goal of Renbukan Shotokan karate do, and the roots of
o sensei Funakoshi,s teachings. Renbukan training begins with kihon (basics
techniques. The training must adhere to learning correct kihon techniques,
which is the foundation of Renbukan Shotokan karate do training (shu). The
next step is to practice combinations of the kihon techniques through
“kata” (form). Students then learn how to apply the kihon techniques
through different levels of “kumite” (sparring) training. The sparring
training system includes “ippon kumite (predetermined one technique
sparring), sanbona and then gohon kumite, (ha),” jyuu ippon kumite (one step
free sparring) through to jyuu kumite (free sparring) (RI). Trough this
learning system, Renbukan students can achieve mastery of Shotokan Karate
do. Renbukan goal is the vision of master gichin funakosi which is
dedication to teachings students’ personal growth achieve harmony in their
lives. This is the way of Renbukan Shotokan karate do, and it is most
fundamental part of Shihan Arvind K Kotnala, purpose and meaning in life.
Renbukan is a Non-Political nonprofit Karate Organization. Each Dojo
affiliate directly with the Hanbu Dojo. The Reason for this is to eliminate
political structures. Renbukan recognizes your current rank. However once
you become a Renbukan affiliates you will Aviles all benefits of recognized
karate do system and able to participate government approved tournaments,
benefited by Government sports policies.

Of India Department Of Youth Affairs And Sports And Indian Olympic Association.
The Indian Renbukan Karate Do Association is
ready to accept Karate Kas both Instructors and general practitioners from
all styles who wish to have access to authentic world class training and
recognized championships both in India and abroad.
We offer you the following benefits.

Recognition of your present
rank (kyu or Dan) by Renbukan India and AIKF ( recognized by Govt. of India)

Independent running of
dojo. Without any undue interference through direct affiliation.

Flexibility to grade your
own students or have them graded under Renbukan authorized examiners.

All grading certificates
are recognize by Renbukan and accepted by KAI and WKF

National and international training
camps under grand masters

Opportunity to take part in
Renbukan/KAI/AKF/WKF recognized national and international championships.
KARATE ASSOCIATION OF INDIA (KAI)
KAI is the only Karate do
body recognized by the Government of India through Ministry Of Youth Affairs
And Sports And Indian Olympic Association, Govt Of India recognizes the
certificates, qualifications and merits awarded by KAI, please note that
Government of India recognized no other karate Organization. World Karate
Federation (WKF) and Asian Karate Federation (AKF) also recognize KAI as
the only authorized all style Karate do Organization in India.
If you are already a
member of any KAI recognized karate do Organization then it is perfectly
all right for you to be where you are – otherwise you should know that
1- Your
rank (grade) qualification tournament achievement have absolutely no value
as far as Government of India is concerned even if they gave been awarded
by an organization from Japan or elsewhere you cannot take part in any Government
recognized National or International championships.
2- Karate
has already become an official game in National games Asian games and very
soon in international Olympics. But you and your students will not be
allowed to represent your motherland India that means a great loss of
prestige and pride for you.
3- You
will get any preference for admission in school/colleges as well as for
jobs in government organization as well as in Armed forces.
4- You
or your students would not be eligible for sports scholarships from the
state or Central Government.
You can avoid all these
difficulties by being a member of an AIKF recognized body. An AIKF
recognized Organization. Renbukan Karate Do Association of India is
extending you the benefits already mentioned as well as special crash
courses through seminars and camps
to help you understand Renbukan Shotokan Karate techniques. for more
